Habiendo dicho esto, confesaré que me tomó dos semanas ponerme a escribir este artículo. Por qué? Sospecho que saben bien la respuesta. Todos procrastinamos, pensemos en ello como si de una válvula de presión se tratara. Procrastinar es una reacción fantástica que nuestro cerebro utiliza cuando necesita regular nuestras emociones.
