How do you plan your goals?
First thing after defining the ‘what’, I confirm the ‘why’. Having a good reason to go through any challenge will keep me committed. If there is no meaningful in my goal, the motivation to get back on track after a step back could become hard. Discipline will certainly make things happen, but what is the point of getting things done if you don’t get any sense of value out of them?
Then, I set up a map of tasks, those checkups will sense progress, and will guide me on what I should do next.
Finally, keep the quitting option on the radar. It is much better to quit soon than to go all the way for a thing that I already knew it wasn’t worthy. Is not to give up but to adjust the plan.
